Over the past decade, Rachel Goh has built the Ethos brand, founding and leading Ethos Psychology, The Ethos Centre, and Ethos Hub, creating a connected network of clinical services and professional support. She is a Clinical Psychologist (AHPRA) and a Board Approved Supervisor, holding dual Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Psychology, and is a member of both the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Australian Association of Psychologists in Private Practice (AAPi). Rachel has extensive experience providing clinical supervision and mentoring for psychologists across a range of practice settings. Her work integrates evidence-based approaches with reflective practice, supporting clinicians to develop their skills, manage complex cases, and uphold professional and ethical standards. Her clinical expertise includes family violence, sexual abuse, complex trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and Personality Disorders, Mood and Psychotic Disorders, Offending Behaviours and neurodiversity, allowing her to provide supervision informed by deep clinical knowledge and extensive practical experience. Rachel is recognised for her special interest in clinical formulation, diagnostic reasoning, and critical analysis of co-occurring conditions, equipping psychologists to navigate complex presentations with clarity. She is committed to fostering professional growth, reflective practice, and high-quality care within a supportive and collaborative supervision environment.
